UEFA goes green with new EC pact
December 4 – UEFA has gone green and it isn’t just about the greenbacks its top clubs and players so voraciously gobble up. Their ‘greenness’ this time is for the greater good.
Following a virtual powwow between UEFA President Aleksander Čeferin and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, UEFA has committed ‘full’ support to the European Green Deal.
European football’s governing body will also help raise awareness of the call to action in the European Green Deal,
