The B6 tablets are extremely risky. Possible side effects include a pathological pre-occupation with the 1980s; delusions of grandeur and a vastly exaggerated sense of self-worth. They can also produce a high-pitched voice, and an illogical obsession with a Manc band. Prolonged use can cause automatic collapse whenever touched by another person.

Personally, I’d rather let nature take its course.
