Rules
1. Quite simply, any player who played at least one senior level match at club or international level between January 1, 1990 and December 31, 1999 is not eligible to be selected.
2. You will pick 11 players including a keeper.
3. There will be a three hour pick window with an amnesty from 12-8 AM in your timezone.
4. Full career evaluation.
