Ended up getting three mattresses. Got the kids a Fullerton gel memory foam one each. Were $499 each but it was still the 4th July sale so reduced to $99 each.
I went for a queen TEMPUR-Contour™ Supreme. Got it on the knock with 0% interest. Wanted one for years. Doesn't arrive for another two weeks. I'll let you know how it goes.
