He’s had just one spin over timber and it was a good one when fifth in strong company at Sandown.

A couple of jumper’s bumper efforts will see him spot-on for fitness and he was a close-up third at Kempton last month.

HAWK’S WELL (1.50 Newbury, nb)

He has shown promise over hurdles but is made for fences and should run well on this chasing debut for in-form Emma Lavelle.

She was tanking along at Warwick last time before taking a late tumble. She can show that was just a blip.

Has done well over hurdles and chasing will be his game.

Can be forgiven one modest effort at Exeter last time out.

Good chance if showing his best chasing form.

Went close over course and distance last time out.

4.10     Confirmation Bias       

Back to form with a close second at Kempton in a bumper.

Has shown promise on her two outings so far.
