Part Bred Shire Horse Register

The Shire Horse Society is pleased to announce it now has a new Part Bred Shire Horse Register.  This is for horses with one pure bred Shire parent and one parent from another breed, for example a Warmblood or Thoroughbred etc. 

For the avoidance of doubt, it does exclude Clydesdales, which remain as part of the current Grading up and Non Breeding registers. Those registers are unaffected and unchanged. 

The new register is to enable the use of the Shire effectively in other equestrian disciplines.
