Trainer Michael Dickinson had the talented 3-year-old filly Forever Dreaming fit and ready to go for her first start, over the Pimlico turf, on July 16.
Racing for Willis Horton Racing LLC, who saw a promising prospect when purchasing the gray/roan daughter of The Factor for $300,000 at the OBS Spring Sale of Two-Year-Olds in Training in June 2020, Forever Dreaming dashed away from the gate in the one mile race and took charge of the pace. As the pace quickened heading into the far turn, she held her lead and wouldn’t be caught as she crossed the line a gate-to-wire winner.
