Love Island’s Curtis Pritchard praised as ‘show winner’ as he wades into Lucie Donlan’s love triangle to comfort her
LOVE Island’s Curtis Pritchard has been tipped to win after he comforted Lucie Donlan over her dramatic love triangle.
The ballroom dancer impressed viewers as he offered advice to the surfer who has Joe Garratt and Tommy Fury fighting over her.
In a heart-to-heart last night, Lucie told Curtis: “I said to Joe, ‘I still really like you and it’s still really good’, but what is wrong with talking to someone and just getting to know them.
“I’m coupled up with Tommy. The more I get to talk to him the more I think he’s really nice.”
Curtis replied: “You need to do you.
“Don’t try and please two people because you’re going to split yourself and f*** yourself over and end up feeling like s**t.”
Lucie was left overwhelmed by his kindness and began sobbing.
“Don’t get upset,” said Curtis.
“Maybe you do just need to cry and let it all out. That’s not a bad thing at all.”
Fans praised his thoughtful advice, with one saying: “Curtis is the hero we do not deserve. But he is the hero we need. Enough to give some faith in the men on this show #LoveIsland.”
Another added: “CURTIS TO WIN #loveisland.”
Someone else added: “Can we just talk about how much of an unsung hero Curtis is #LoveIsland.”
On Tuesday night’s show, boxer Tommy caused shockwaves when he chose to split up Joe and Lucie, despite them being the happiest couple in the villa so far.
It led Joe to reveal his jealous side, as viewers branded him “creepy and possessive” when he
got angry at her going on a date.

Meanwhile Curtis instantly hit it off with air stewardess Amy.
He also crashed a sex website after revealing his favourite sex position is ‘the eagle’.
The Dancing With The Stars Ireland pro said: “The eagle is my favourite romantic position, we shall say…I will leave you all to find that one out yourself because I’m not telling you what it is.”
