Manitoba Cycling is looking for an energetic, independent office administrator between the ages of 20 to 30 to work 30-40 hours per week starting January 2022!
This is an opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing amateur sport association in Winnipeg which has reach to many partners, clubs, and members across Manitoba and Canada.
All interested candidates must apply before Dec 17, 2022.
Candidate must be:
- A Canadian citizen
- Between the ages of 20-30 (this is due to a grant obtained for employment).
- independent, highly organized, willing to learn, a team player, multi-task focused, pc
A candidate with a Recreation Management background is not required, but would make an excellent fit.
Candidate can not be:
- an immediate family member of the MCA board of directors
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Oversight of MCA’s club coach certification requirements
- Membership processing
- Answering phone/responding to emails
- Ordering supplies, running reports, organizing, filing, completing inventory, creating spreadsheets and drafting word documents
- Website and social media posts
- MCA newsletter
The candidate will report directly to the MCA Executive Director.
