Nuvinci Freehub Pawl Spring

My buddy has a Nuvinci hubbed KTM ebike, N360 with eHarmony. He lives about 90 miles away which is making diagnosis difficult :) What's happened is that the pawl spring broke leaving the bike with no drive. He got the freehub stripped down easily enough but the problem is getting the right parts....
