16" 305 wheels that can fit Big Apples?

Hi all,
In the process of building a folding bike and I'm having a hard time finding wheels that could potentially fit 2.0" big apple tires. Widest I can find so far is 16-17mm (I'm assuming internal width) rims but I'm concerned that it won't be wide enough... but correct me if I'm wrong....
