Campagnolo Delta Brakes

I am currently using 2 pairs of delta brakes. The brake pads are starting to wear down.

I am struggling to find a replacement pad which gives good performance in wet and dry and also copes with the big depth of the original model between the inside of the arm and the face of the brake pad...
