Dura-Ace 7900 or Ultegra R8000

Say I had these two groupsets, 7900 (with a 6800 crank) and R8000. Which would you put on your nice CF bike and which on the training bike? Assume gearing range works for both and both have 9/10/11 speed freehub wheels.
