Changing the Q-lock Handlepost on a Tern?

I have to change that becaus there is too much play on the handlepost (even after I turned the adjusting nut to the max).

Is this an easy job?

Can I find a technical manual of my Tern Link C7i? (not a user manual because this one isn't detailed enough) thanks for helping me.
