Taller Stem Needed

This is my 1st bike with drops and I feel like the stem is too short at 75mm between the minimum insertion line and the top.

I have heard a lot of people are comfy with the bars even with the saddle, as you can see, I am a bit south of that. I can definitely feel increased weight on my wrists...
