Fiorelli Value

Hey folks. Looking for thoughts on the price and quality of this Fiorelli. Condition isn't great but it isn't terrible yet either. I know the dropouts are not campy but I don't recognize what the stamping in them is. I am new pretty new to the C&V thing though so my history doesn't go very deep....
