Campy 7 Speed Athena RD has play, need to replace at some point

My old, well cared for Campy Athena RD is showing signs of slop. The inner cage, where it goes into the body, seems to have some play, when I wiggle it , side to side. That is, standing directly in front , moving it in and out, by the lower part of the cage at the lower pulley.
