Help with winter bike gearing
I'm looking at setting up a 2009 Fuji cross comp as my winter commuter and would like to change the gearing for this 'old mans' knees.
Current setup on the bike is:

FSA Gossamer Cross MegaExo w/ Integrated Spindle, 36/46T 7075 AL rings *Front derailleur*
