Subscribing to keywords / topic interests

Hello,

I'd like to get automatic notifications for (new) posts or threads that contain keywords that interest me.

For instance if I were interested in dyno hubs, I'd like to put an alter for the words "dynamo", "dynohub" "generator", etc.

Is there anyway to do this within the forum?
