looking for mtb bike rentals and single track near LBI New Jersey

My family will on LBI vacation this summer and I am not a beach gal.

I would like to travel inland and do some mountain biking but need to rent a bike and also would like an intermediate level single track trail if not too far away- willing to drive about 1.5 hrs
