In January 2026, Allrecipes published an article covering the announcement that Shake Shack will be introducing several Korean-style food options to its menu and revealing the prices of each item. That article detailed the fact that the new menu items, which are inspired by Korean cuisine, will become available in stores starting today, January 9th, 2026. The Korean-style menu initiative has been introduced by the fast food chain in the past, starting in 2021. The 2026 version of the initiative includes a combination of brand-new items and returning options that customers have enjoyed in the past. The Korean-style menu will only be available for a limited time.

The first item that Shake Shack is introducing for the first time is called the K-Shack Fried Chicken Bites. Shake Shack's website published an article that reveals details about its 2026 Korean-style menu initiative. That website describes the K-Shack Fried Chicken Bites as "antibiotic-free, whole white-meat chicken bites coated in a spicy-sweet sesame gochujang glaze, finished with fresh scallions and served with your choice of dipping sauce." The K-Shack Fried Chicken Bites will be sold for $6.49.

Unsurprisingly, Shake Shack is also introducing a new milkshake option as a part of its 2026 Korean-style menu intiative, which is called the K-Shack Spicy Caramel Shake. Shake Shack describes that shake as a "Gochujang caramel frozen custard topped with whipped cream and an extra drizzle of gochujang caramel for a perfectly balanced sweet-heat finish." The K-Shack Spicy Caramel Shake will be sold for $6.99.

Shake Shack's 2026 Korean-style menu will also feature two sandwich options that customers of the fast food chain have been able to enjoy in the past. The first returning sandwich option is the K-Shack Fried Chicken Sandwich. The company describes that as an "antibiotic-free, hand-breaded whole white-meat chicken breast glazed in spicy-sweet sesame gochujang, topped with fresh scallions and kimchi slaw made with Choi’s Kimchi, served on a toasted potato bun." The returning K-Shack BBQ Burger is descibed by Shake Shack as a "a made-to-order quarter-pound per patty of 100% Angus beef topped with American cheese, crispy sweet onions, fresh scallions, and savory Korean BBQ sauce on a toasted potato bun.
Approximate weight per patty is 4oz before cooking." Both sandwiches will be sold for $10.49.

Finally, Shake Shack will be bringing back its K-Shack Spicy BBQ Fries which will be available in one of two varities. Shake Shack describes the K-Shack Spicy BBQ Fries options as "crispy crinkle-cut fries dusted with kimchi seasoning and served with a side of Korean BBQ sauce. Also available with Cheese Sauce." The K-Shack Spicy BBQ Fries will be sold for $5.49.
