The Costco supplement aisle is brimming with protein powders, pre-workout mixes and hydration drinks to help keep you fueled before, during and after your workouts. Kaged, a nutrition and wellness supplement company, has created a Train, Hydrate, Recover Bundle to help you check all of the boxes, and it’s selling at Costco Next.

The Pre-Workout Sport mix contains 188-mg caffeine from green coffee beans, the amino acids L-citruline, beta-alanine, taurine and L-tyrosine, betaine anhydrous, a compound from sugar beets that may help with athletic performance, and several other vitamins and minerals to keep you going during a workout. It comes in watermelon, glacier grape and pink lemonade flavors.

It’s available in pink lemonade, lemon lime, fruit punch, orange mango and apple limeade. It’s colored and flavored with a cocktail of fruit and vegetable concentrates and extracts for a clean, refreshing taste.

Costco Is Selling A Pre-Workout, Hydration and Protein Powder Bundle To Better Fuel Your Workouts

The whey protein powder, currently available in vanilla flavor (chocolate and chocolate peanut butter are sold out right now), is made from whey protein isolate and a protease blend to help break down proteins and amino acids. One 31-gram scoop provides 25-grams of protein and 12-grams of essential amino acids to fuel recovery. Kaged states it has “instant mixability”, meaning it can easily be incorporated into any liquid to make a deliciously smooth shake.

The bundle, which features a 9.03-ounce container of Pre-Workout (20 servings), a 9.95-ounce container of Hydrate (60 servings), and a 28.3-ounce container of Recover (25 servings) retails for $74.99, but it currently on sale for $59.99.

While there are not yet any reviews on Costco’s website, the general consensus of Kaged’s supplements from Walmart and Garage Gym Reviews are highly positive.

Folks enjoy the taste, mixability and workout boost the Pre-Workout mix provides without the jitters or a crash. For the Hydrate mix, reviewers enjoy feeling a reduction in muscle cramping, appreciate the addition of natural colors and flavors rather than artificial ones and the available flavors. And lastly, for the whey protein powder, users enjoy the smooth mixability and value for the quality. Reviewers also enjoy that Kaged is independently tested, which is not the case for all supplement products.
