Minutes: The minutes from the previous meeting were reviewed by Jason and the action point reviewed from Jason’s notes.
- Preparations are under way for the Annual Dinner. Keith asked for confirmation of raffle prizes. Jeff is to put together a slide show. We currently have 39 people confirmed for the dinner. Jason is to distribute BACS details in case anyone wants to pay by online banking.
- The club has bought some stand up paddle boards, new paddles and some more decks,

AGM:
- The AGM is to be on Tuesday March 26th, at Sawtry School, 7.30 for 8. Membership costs will increase slight next year to £30 full members, £20 family members and student £10, with a £3 discount for British Canoeing members. Alan wil sort out some food. Rich Hill is stepping down from being Membership Secretary so we need to recruit someone. Jason expressed concern that the same people appear to be doing everything, we would like to recruit some other members to the committee. Katie Jones also wants to leave but will stay on at least 1 year. Alan also wants to step down in the near future. Membership cards for next year will be orange on dark blue.

Membership/ pool sessions
- Membership currently stands at 139 members with 12 new come and try its who have not yet joined. Tim and Gavin to look at ways of automating membership, maybe with a cloud based system with controlled access. They will also look into gold membership further and see if this provides any help. The current system is very disjointed with different data held on access database and the website.

Accounts
- Currently we have a balance of 4,258.84 in the current account and around £30K in the savings account. Pool sessions are going very well, we seem to have retained some more permanent members than last year.

Trips/ weekends:
- There are a number of trips planned for this year, the first one of these is to South Wales 9th and 10th March. We have 24 places in the bunk house. We will decide who paddles what when we get there.
- Cardington is confrmed for next year, 6/7 July, as well as the first Keen as Mustard event. Rich to confirm the rest of them. It was decided that next year people will be paid to turn up to Keen as Mustard events.
- Jason confirmed the French trip to the Allier being 20-28 July.
- We will run some Northampton trips to Nene whitewater, times to be confirmed nearer the time.
- Jason wants to organize a working party to clear out the containers ready for next year.
