When Ontario's Manitoulin Brewing Company launched a new Killarney-inspired ale, Canadian voyageur extraordinaire Mike Ranta immediately offered to paddle the inaugural batch 22 miles across the North Channel of Lake Huron from the brewery to the townsite. Ranta calls the mission “the ultimate Canadian beer run!”
