Michigan-based KL Outdoor and Quebec-based GSC Technologies, have merged to form Hemisphere Design Works (HDW), which, with flagship rec brands Sundolphin, Future Beach and Evoke, is estimated by company executives to now be the world’s largest maker of kayaks.
