Old boats with problems

I have a 15ft Riken that is 29 years old. The hypalon is flaking off in a few areas exposing the fabric. All of my baffles have failed making it a single chamber raft. I ran the animas a few weeks ago and blew a seam. Luckily we made it shore before we completely sunk... Is it worth spending the money to repair?
