August Selway trip

I have been trying to put together a low water Selway trip and it seems none of my normal crew is available. I have a nice hole in my schedule Aug 7- 17 and would really love to see that canyon. How likely is it that I could show up there and find a group to paddle with? I would be rowing a Mini-Max and figure there may be some groups of Kayakers or IKers that would like to have some of their heavier items carried for them.
