The footage in the video has been shot both on Ocean Grove beach and 13th Beach Barwon Heads in Victoria Australia. SUP surf foiling is very different to riding flat water or surf stand up paddle boards, and it takes a lot of strength and fitness to both carry the board and foil to the water, and then paddle it out.
