Back on the water
First time back on the water in over 2 months after surgery at the start of the summer and another frozen shoulder.
We went for a paddle along the Leeds Liverpool canal from Foulridge. Even saw a Kingfisher as well.
Even got a little paddle on my own at the end of the day.
