UFC on ESPN 65 weigh-in results: One miss and one canceled bout after no-show on scale

LAS VEGAS – MMA Junkie is on scene and reporting live from Friday’s official UFC on ESPN 65 (ESPN, ESPN+) fighter weigh-ins at the host hotel.

Among those weighing in were Josh Emmett (19-4 MMA, 10-4 UFC) and Lerone Murphy (15-0-1 MMA, 7-0-1 UFC), who meet in the featherweight main event, and Joanderson Brito (17-4-1 MMA, 5-2 UFC) and Pat Sabatini (19-5 MMA, 6-2 UFC) who fight in the co-feature.

All of the prominant names on the card hit their marks, but that wasn’t the cage for some of the rest. Cortavious Romious was 3.5 pounds over the bantamweight limit for his matchup with ChangHo Lee on the main card, while prelim fighter Daniel Santos did not step on the scale to weigh in, resulting in his bantamweight matchup with Dave Grant being canceled.
