Canada's Mike Malott gets opponent for UFC 315 in Montreal
Mike Malott will once again get the chance to compete on home soil when he takes on Charlie Radtke at UFC 315.
UFC officials announced on Friday in collaboration with Canadian broadcast partner Sportsnet, that Malott (11-2-1 MMA, 4-1 UFC) will take on Radtke (10-4 MMA, 3-1 UFC) in a welterweight bout on the May 10 card, which takes place at Bell Centre in Montreal (ESPN+ pay-per-view, ESPN, ESPN+).
Malott, 33, will attempt to continue rebuilding his momentum after his first octagon loss to Neil Magny at UFC 297 in January 2024. He took an extended layoff, then returned this past October with a unanimous decision victory over Trevin Giles in Edmonton.
Looking to play spoiler in enemy territory is Radtke, 34, who is coming off a 51-second TKO of Matthew Semelsberger at UFC Fight Night 247 in November.
