He put Tyson in a tight spot during the third round pushing out a flurry of potent punches. Tyson, on the other hand, at the age of 58, certainly felt his years, managing to land just a handful of noteworthy blows throughout the encounter.

In the end, only 18 out of Tyson’s 97 attempted punches found their mark, while Paul was more successful, delivering 78 effective blows out of an estimated 278. As the final round drew to a close, Paul honoured Tyson with a respectful bow just before the bell tolled.

Mike may have lost, but he earned a hefty amount from the match. Apart from the match, a major talking point was how much money Mike and Jake would make from the fight.

According to several reports, the prize money of the match was USD 60 million.

As per Forbes, Mike Tyson will get USD 20 million (approx. Rs 169 crore) and Paul will get USD 40 million (approx. Rs 338 crore).
