He will meet Tyson, who will be 58 by the time of the fight, in the ring at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas.

The bout will follow the rematch between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano in the co-main event it has now been confirmed.

Paul announced the highly-anticipated rematch in a video shared to X after his older brother Logan revealed he was expecting his first child.

The 27-year-old wrote: “Since Logan announced his baby I wanted to make my own announcement… a gift for all.”

He also attached a clip of himself next to a baby stroller in which he said: “Katie Taylor vs Amanda Serrano. The Rematch.

“As the co-main event of me vs Mike Tyson. July 20. Dallas, Texas. This event just got bigger.”

Taylor beat Serrano via split decision at Maddison Square Garden in their first meeting in April 2022.

The bout is seen as one of the greatest women’s boxing fights of all-time.

She has since moved up to super-lightweight, where she became undisputed world champion by avenging her loss to Chantelle Cameron last year.

Speaking after the rematch announcement, Taylor explained: “This is the rematch the world has wanted to see.

“The first fight in New York was obviously an epic occasion and it more than lived up to the billing, and I’m sure the rematch will be no different.”

The Irish fighter, who has a 23-1 professional record, will defend her super-lightweight belts against Serrano.

Meanwhile, the Puerto Rican has won four fights and become undisputed featherweight champion since their first bout.

She said: “I promised my fans they would see this rematch after we made history at MSG and it feels like a dream come true to know that Katie and I are finally making it happen on the biggest stage possible to show the world what elite women’s boxing is all about.

“While my focus continues to be on giving women the choice to fight with the same rules as men, I’ve always said that this is the one fight I’d go back to 10×2 for.”

Serrano was handed only her second pro loss by Taylor two years ago and goes into the rematch with a 46-2-1 record.
