Earlier this week Ian Melodillar shared the news that Filipino world title contender Robert Paradero (18-1, 12) would be travelling to Port Elizabeth, South Africa, to face WBF Minimumweight champion Thembelani Okolo (9-5-1, 5), on June 27th.
Not it's been revealed Paradero is out of the bout, and will be replaced by fellow Filipino Clyde Azarcon (17-3-1, 6).

@asianboxing Update: Clyde Azarcon will replace Landero to fight Okolo in SA, Team Paradero asks for payment first before the fight but African promoter disagree.

The reason given for the change was the fact Paradero wanted to be paid in advance for the fight, a rather uncommon request but one that perhaps should be a surprise given the history of Filipino boxers fighting in South Africa.
Ovwr the years promoters like Andile Sidinile and Siphatho Handi have been punished for not paying purses, and there are numerous examples of Filipino's not being given the money from South African promoters that they were expecting, including a long running battle for Jonas Sultan to recieve $1000 for a bout that was cancelled at late notice.
Interestingly Jaoquin M Henson, writing for MSN.com, explained that Paradero was set to get just $4,000 for the fight along with 3 plane tickets.
