Later today we'll see once beaten Kazakh fighter Ruslan Madiyev (13-1, 5) [Руслан Мадиев] take on unbeaten Puerto Rican puncher Danielito Zorrilla (14-0, 11) in the co-feature of a Ring City USA card.
Yesterday, ahead of the bout between the two men, they took part in their weigh in and both men came in comfortably under the 140lb weight limit for the contest. In fact both men came in at an identical 139.6lbs, as reported by Mark Ortega.

For Madiyev the bout will be his first since July 2019, when he defeated Filipino veteran Ricky Sismundo, and will only be his second bout since his upset loss to Pablo Cesar Cano, with that loss coming all the way back in September 2018.
As for Zorrilla he'll be looking to build on a good 2020 win over Rodolfo Puente and will know that a win here will help announce him to a wider audience. In fact talking about the audience the bout will be shown in the US on NBCSN and globally on the RingCityUSA Twitch account.
