Bloody Elbow presents its pre-fight coverage for UFC 259, which goes down on March 6th at the UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada. In the main event, light heavyweight champion Jan Blachowicz defends his title against middleweight champion Israel Adesanya, who is moving up to 205 for the first time in his career.

As part of this stacked lineup, the co-main event is a women’s featherweight title defense for two-division champion Amanda Nunes against Megan Anderson, but preceding that is a men’s bantamweight title fight between champion Petr Yan and Aljamain Sterling. Rounding out the main card are lightweight hopefuls Drew Dober and Islam Mackhachev, plus former light heavyweight title challenger Thiago Santos against contender Aleksandar Rakic.

Notable preliminary card action includes former UFC and WEC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz against the always tough and high-energy Casey Kenney, as well as longtime flyweight contender and multi-time title challenger Joseph Benavidez against rising star Askar Askarov.

UFC 259 airs live on ESPN+ pay-per-view, with a main card start time at 10 PM ET/7 PM PT and televised prelims on ESPN (simulcast on ESPN+) at 8 PM ET/5 PM PT. Early prelims stream on UFC Fight Pass and ESPN+ at 6 PM ET/3 PM PT.
