After more than 60 professional fights, Paul Daley has decided that his next walk will be his last.

Daley (42-17-2 MMA, 8-4 BMMA) was scheduled to take on Derek Anderson in Thursday night’s Bellator 247 main event at Allianz Cloud in Milan, Italy, but withdrew after falling ill during his weight cut, weighing in 1.6 pounds over the 171-pound non-title welterweight limit on Wednesday morning.

Since rejoining the Bellator roster in 2015, Daley has gone 7-4, picking up knockout wins over the likes of Brennan Ward, Lorenz Larkin and Saad Awad. The UFC, Strikeforce and BAMMA veteran also holds notable wins over Duane Ludwig, Martin Kampmann and Jorge Masvidal.
