MMA and BJJ legend Royce Gracie is streaming a free seminar today at 6PM ET.

If you’ve watched Tiger King and had your fill of Animal Crossing, chances are you are looking for something to do while stuck inside thanks to the global COVID-19 pandemic.

Bellator MMA is hoping to remedy this for some us by drafting in BJJ and MMA legend Royce Gracie.

Today at 6PM ET/3PM PT, across multiple Bellator social media platforms, Grace is streaming a live BJJ seminar. You can watch the seminar right here:

The 53-year-old Gracie became an immortal in the world of MMA when he won the very first UFC event on November 12, 1993. That night he beat Art Jimmerson, Ken Shamrock and Gerard Gordeau, all by submission, to put himself, his family, and Brazilian jiu jitsu on the map.

Gracie repeated this feat in March 1994 when he won UFC 2 with wins over Minoki Ichihara, Jason DeLucia, Remco Pardoel and Patrick Smith. Gracie failed to win UFC 3 a few months later, but did win UFC 4 in December 1994, beating Dan Severn in the final.

After his tournament successes Gracie fought to a draw against Ken Shamrock in a superfight at UFC 5 in 1995. He then fought in Pride and K1 with mixed results. In 2006 he returned to the UFC to fight Matt Hughes at UFC 60 in a catchweight bout, which he lost. A year after that he beat Kazushi Sakuraba at Dynamite!! USA, avenging his loss to Sakuraba back in Pride. Gracie’s last MMA fight was for Bellator, when he beat bitter rival Ken Shamrock via TKO, at 2016’s Bellator 149.
