(Editor’s note: Story updated at 3:53 p.m. ET to reflect second video of Penn fighting man on street and getting knocked out.)

UFC Hall of Famer B.J. Penn again is in the headlines for the wrong reasons.

Videos obtained by TMZ appear to show Penn in fights outside the Lava Shack bar and also in the middle of the street in Pahoa on the Big Island of Hawaii. The fights reportedly took place on Tuesday night.

In the first video released, Penn, 40, is seen pummeling an unknown man in rear mount outside the bar. He lands at least three punches before onlookers intervene. A woman repeatedly screams “get off” as Penn is stopped.

A second video later showed Penn getting knocked out by the same man in a street fight.

TMZ, citing a source close to Penn, reports that the street fight was first to happen, with Penn’s retaliation being what’s seen in the second video.

Calls to the Pahoa and media relations department for Hawaii Police Department were not immediately returned. TMZ reported that police were called to the bar, but no arrests were made.

Multiple requests for comment to the UFC went unreturned.

The alleged incident is the latest in a string of incidents outside the cage for Penn, who is set to fight rival Nik Lentz later this year. UFC president Dana White said he has an agreement that the fight will be Penn’s last, though he couldn’t be sure whether or not Penn would try to fight elsewhere.

One month after a loss to Clay Guida that marked a UFC record seventh straight defeat, Penn reportedly was involved in a brawl with a bouncer at a strip club. Video showed him grappling with an unknown man as onlookers try to stop him. In that case, police were called to the scene, but no arrests were made.

Penn currently is embroiled in a custody battle with his former partner and mother of his children, who this past October filed a restraining order against him alleging years of physical, sexual and emotional abuse. The restraining order runs through 2021, though he is allowed supervised visits with their children.

Penn also is under an active police investigation stemming from an alleged incident in which he threatened a taro farmer with a machete after a dispute over land.
