Pic: Here’s Conor McGregor’s mug shot
Conor McGregor’s mug shot has surfaced after he turned himself in for his UFC 223 fight-cancelling actions at Barclays Center.
UFC 223 has dramatically fallen apart, and part of the reason for that is UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor’s attack on the fighters’ bus on Thursday. McGregor threw a dolly through one of the windows, and it’s believed that this is what caused injury to both Michael Chiesa and Ray Borg, whose respective fights are now off of Saturday.
Late Thursday night, McGregor turned himself in and is charged with multiple counts of misdemeanor assault, as well as one count of felony criminal mischief. He’s been released from jail and apparently has been uh... shadowboxing.
An NYPD source said that McGregor has been cooperative. He has a lot of fans on the force. One told me McGregor was seen shadowboxing as he was awaiting his arraignment.

Both McGregor and Artem Lobov, who was also pulled from UFC 223 due to his involvement in Thursday’s altercation, are banned from attending Saturday’s event... if the event still happens. Things are completely out of hand, and Thursday was just one of the reasons for that.
