Photo: CM Punk gets promoted to BJJ Blue Belt

CM Punk is no longer a white belt.

During his training camp for his first UFC bout, CM Punk got his first stripe in BJJ as a white belt. A little over a year later, and the former WWE star is now a blue belt.

Roufousport BJJ coach Daniel Wanderley took to social media to announce the promotion.

CM Punk has been training and trying to get a second fight in the UFC for the past couple of months, and was reportedly supposed to meet with Dana White last weekend.

Punk, who lost his debut against Mickey Gall in 2 minutes, is now 39-years-old.
