Former professional boxer unveiled as after-dinner speaker in charity launch night
A FORMER heavyweight professional boxer who sparred with Mike Tyson during his career will share his memories in a sportsman dinner in aid of a new charity. Joe Egan, known as Big Joe, will step on stage at Leigh Sports Village on Saturday, June 2 as an after-dinner speaker at Polly's Angels red carpet event which will also include a meal, disco, raffle and drinks on arrival.
