I'd sort of assumed that Grgurich would be retired by now -- he's 74 years old -- but no, he's helping the Bucks as well as continuing to run his Las Vegas summer camp, which might be the closest thing that basketball has to Pete Newell's old Big Man camp.

You have to admire the coaching ability that George Karl accumulated on his staff: Bob Kloppenburg was well-known as a defensive innovator and top assistant; Grg has helped dozens if not hundreds of NBA players notably including Gary Payton adjust to the NBA; and Terry Stotts and Dwane Casey, who I knew the least about when they were with the Sonics, have become head coaches who've taken teams that were struggling to playoff successes.
