Mamukelashvili 10th in Sixth Man of the Year voting
Another San Antonio Spur collects a player award: Keldon Johnson was selected the Sixth Man of the Year.
Sandro Mamukelashvili was 10th in voting, behind Jaime Jaquez, Tim Hardaway, Naz Reid, Ajay Mitchell, Reed Sheppard, Isaiah Stewart, Mitchell Robinson, and Ayo Dosunmu. Behind Mamu wwere Dylan Harper and teammate Jamal Shead.
Mamu recently had his biggest game as a Raptor putting up a 12-point, 10-rebound double-double in Game 2 against the Cleveland Cavaliers. He showed his ability to push the pace as a big, and shot an efficient 5-8 from the field. His recent playoff performance and recognition for finishing 10th in voting is further proof that he may be what Zach Lowe referred to as “the best value free agency signing of the entire (2025) off season.”
