Duke adds Belmont transfer Drew Scharnowski

Duke on Saturday added to its roster with a commitment from Belmont transfer Drew Scharnowski.
The 6-foot-8 Burlington, Ill. native averaged 10.7 points, 6.0 rebounds and 1.3 blocks as a sophomore en route to being amed first-team all-Missouri Valley Conference.
Duke lost Nikolas Khamenia (UConn) and Darren Harris (Indiana) in the portal, and Cam Boozer, the Wooden, Naismith and AP Player of the Year, is expected to be a top-3 NBA Draft pick.
His brother, freshman point guard Cayden Boozer, announced he will return.
Isaiah Evans, Patrick Ngongba and Dame Sarr have not announced their future plans.
