Kentucky lands high-scoring transfer Alex Wilkins

Kentucky on Saturday landed a commitment from high-scoring Furman transfer guard Alex Wilkins, per multiple reports.
The 6-foot-5 freshman put up 21 points when Furman lost to UConn in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, and averaged 17.8 points andd 4.7 assists at Furman.
He was named to the all-SoCon second team.
Wilkins joins 6-4 Washington transfer guard Zoom Diallo, who averaged 15.7 points and 4.5 assists.
Mark Pope’s team is also bringing in four-star point guard Mason Williams.
