Four-star Spire (OH) Academy guard Aiden Dercack is following in his brother’s footsteps and heading to Dayton.

The 6-foot-5 guard chose Dayton after getting his release from Providence in the wake of the coaching change there.

Jordan Derkack, Aiden’s older brother, averaged 9.2 points and 4.5 rebounds as a senior at Dayton.

Aiden averaged 10.9 points, 4.9 rebounds and 3.0 assists at Spire this season while shooting 55% from the field.

“Aiden is a very complete player. He has really improved his shot and ability to attack close outs. He makes plays at the rim .He will be an excellent college player,” Spire Academy head coach Kevin Boyle Sr. told ZAGSBLOG.

The New Jersey native is the No. 45 prospect in the Class of 2026 in ESPN’s SCNext 100.
