The preview season for NBA 2K26 is officially underway, and while there’s still much to learn about this year’s game, we do have some news to sink our teeth into! To that end, this week we join the community in reacting to the cover players and designs for every edition of NBA 2K26. We also share our thoughts on the preliminary features list, pre-order bonuses, and the First Look screenshots. Additionally, after being reminded of the seven-year extension of Take-Two’s licensing agreement with the NBA that was signed back in 2019, we speculate whether the company will seek exclusivity moving forward, especially with EA Sports getting dibs on a college basketball game.
