• “The biggest surprise my first year here was the structure, just being around all the guys, everybody wants to get better day in, day out. Just the workouts, I would say, you know, just having that many coaches, the trainers, I mean, everybody on the same page, everybody wants to get better, everybody wants to see you get better, just chasing your dreams. So I would probably say that, just the structure of how everything was since day one, since I’ve been here.”
• “I mean, man, for my first year playing in Cameron, actually being on Duke playing in Cameron was incredible. You always hear about the hype and stuff, but it’s totally different. I mean, even from when we played the blue-white game beginning of the year, the scrimmage, I mean, just seeing that was already crazy...It’s the best venue in college basketball, in college sports, period. Yeah, I would say that alongside the Cameron Crazies, just everybody in the whole Cameron Door Stadium, every night, just brought tremendous energy. And it really helped us get going.”
