A Few More NBA Draft Notes
This team really did have special chemistry
There are a couple of draft things we haven’t gotten to yet but are interesting.
First is the clip of Cooper Flagg, who was being interviewed when teammate (and roommate) Kon Knueppel was taken at #4 by Charlotte.
This was really pretty great, largely because he took such obvious pleasure in someone else’s success. That was really wonderful to see and entirely genuine. Look how his face lights up! It’s about 6:50 in. Very cool.
Then there’s Sion James just hanging out with friends and loved ones when his name was called. It’s a sweet moment too. He’ll of course be teammates with Knueppel in Charlotte.
Bit of good news for Tyrese Proctor too: Cleveland viewed him as a first-round talent and are planning to offer him a multi-year contract. That’s really good news for him all around.
